How long has the business been established?
Oliva IT is a Family Business. We originally started tech support in the UK in 1999, and since then, our engineers have completed 1000's of successful repairs. We take great pride in our business and truly want to provide a first-class service.
Are your engineers all locally based?
Our engineers all live within the local community which they serve. We have a strong belief in supporting locally based engineers and so, on average, the engineer who visits you will reside less than ten miles away from your home.
How quickly can you come out to me?
We can usually arrange a local engineer visit within one hour. We operate Monday to Sunday.
Do you repair printers?
Printer repair. We carry out software related repairs to printers - drivers or setup problems. We can order in replacement parts at competitive rates
Can you help with my iPad, iPhone, Android or Kindle?
Yes, we can configure your iPad, iPhone, Android device, Kindle or e-book reader to connect to your broadband router, and also provide any help you may need learning how to use the device, and connecting to iTunes or the Kindle book store.
